Tara Sweeney, F-NP

Tara Sweeney, MSN, APN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She has a strong background in primary care and is dedicated to thoughtful, patient-centered practice. Tara is passionate about educating and empowering patients to better understand their health and loves getting to know them!

Outside of work, Tara enjoys being an aunt, mentoring future nurses, traveling the world, and catching a Broadway show. She approaches her work with curiosity, empathy, and a focus on collaboration.
